I love the outdoors, and anything related to environmental science. I got my educational career started by earning a B.A. in General Studies and focusing on Plant Science and Forest Ecology. During this time, I realized how much I loved teaching, and decided to go back to school. I now possess a master's of Teaching from Sacred Heart, where I teach all the subjects I love. This includes Earth Science and Biology. I've worked in the capacity of a teacher where I focused on various Math and Science subjects, and love to use material that my students find helpful and practical as they continue through their studies. I'm here to work with students who need help in Elementary and Middle School Math, Biology, Arithmetic, Earth Science, Environmental Science, IB HL and SL Biology, Reading, Phonics, nutrition, Physical Science, Pre-Algebra, Life Sciences, Ecology, College English, and Chemistry. I offer homework support, so students can learn about the best ways to tackle the subjects they're studying and retain that information. It comes as no surprise that I love to garden, go on hikes, and identify plants, and cook. I also love being a parent and raising my children. When I have free time, I practice yoga.
